Sarah is currently the Chief Technologist for NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility where she leads the strategy and implementation of new technology and capability development for suborbital platforms and the launch range. She collaborates with engineers, project managers, and program offices to develop plans for technology developments and manages the portfolio of projects. Sarah has previously served as the software engineering supervisor and the launch director at WFF. She began her career at NASA Wallops almost 20 years ago through an internship program. Sarah has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a Master of Engineering degree in computer modeling and simulation from Old Dominion University, as well as a Master of Science in leadership from Washington University in St. Louis.
