Mr. David Hinkley is currently a member of The Aerospace Corporation’s experimentation and prototyping laboratory. He was a founding member of the Corporation’s small satellite initiative starting in 1998 and in those 20 years has participated in all aspects of cube satellite design, assembly, test, and operation for 11 missions. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering with emphasis in robotics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds 5 patents.
