Dr. Nettie Roozeboom is a technologist with the NASA Flight Opportunities Program. Previously, she was the principal investigator and project manager for NASA ARMD’s Aerosciences Evaluations and Test Capabilities (AETC) Unsteady Pressure-Sensitive Paint Capability Challenge. Dr. Roozeboom first came to NASA as an intern in 2007 and joined NASA in 2008 after graduation from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. She received her master’s in mechanical engineering from Stanford University in 2011 and PhD In Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Tennessee. Dr. Roozeboom’s professional interests are exploration of the scientific frontiers and system development to accelerate scientific discovery through digital transformation.
