Upon successful completion of System Build Round 1, Winners move on to and will have the opportunity to compete for an additional award of $100,000 each in System Build Round 2. Winners will continue to participate in conference calls with the panel, presenting their progress and updated development plans.

Field Judges will conduct an on-site visit in March 2025 to evaluate each winner’s continued progress and determine if they win the System Build Round 2 prize of $100,000 and proceed to the Performance Incentive Phase. The scoring criteria for System Build Round 2 is as follows:
